How do we go about hiring you to film?
We are so grateful that you have chosen us for such an important momento. We request a 1/3 retainer with a signed contract to secure a date & time. Inquiries do not guarantee that a date is held. Availability changes on a daily basis and is subject to change without notice. Final payment is due 48 hous prior to the interview.

The final step to scheduling your film, is to request a contract to secure your date & time.
Who edits our film?
All video is edited in house. This guarantees the highest quality that you can expect when you retain us for your heirloom film. Our average time for final video delivery is 3 months, however that time fluctuates throughout the year from 1 month to 5 months depending on season. Once we start editing your video, approximately 60-70 hours of editing will go into a finished product. Editing video is very time consuming and also a very creative process and we won’t let anything out the door that we don’t love!
Is there a way to keep our film private?
Absolutely! We always respect the privacy of our clientele and would never share a film without your consent.
Can filming be split up?
Collections can not be split among multiple days and people, to add an extra individual to an interview please take a look at our collection add-ons.
Do you have travel fees?
We like to travel and charge minimal fees for coverage outside of the Southwest Florida area. Travel fees will be quoted per individual job.
What about music for our video?
Any songs added to our films are licensed for Internet use as to comply with copyright infringement laws. For more information on this policy, please feel free to inquire with any questions that you might have. We cover the cost of the license. For your film, we have several options that we can review with you.
Do you offer any discounts?
We proudly offer discounts to active duty service members and veterans as well as active police, fire, nurses, doctors and EMT customers.
